People are the element of change.
Throughout my own journey, I have been called upon a vast number of challenges that have brought answers to CEOs and Entrepreneurs seeking new ways of doing things. If there was one thing they would have had in common, it would be that without a good sense of being in the presence of people seeking "true" element of change, these journeys would have been doomed for failure from the start.
Not only does stepping into such a journey requires that one must believe in change, it also requires before anything else truly engaged "people". Only through envisioning entrepreneurs can set into this new path.
Change is good. So, we have heard this one so many times before.
But ask yourself this, can we expect to change a company's direction if we maintain the same approach and ways of doing things.
Oh, and yes, change is scary.
But this change needs to be structured, thought-out. We all plan for the smaller things in life. So, would it not make any sense to start planning your company's successful journey and to not leave it to chances.
This way of doing things is not for everyone...

“Changing ways of doing things takes courage, it also implies that one has the humility to recognize that the original path may not have been the best one.”
